AFNAD Strategic Plan 2026-2028

We began as a small group of First Nations professionals who found one another through yarns, quiet acts of solidarity and a shared desire to make the development sector safer for our people. From those early discussions, the Association of First Nations Australians in Development (AFNAD) has grown into a member led association with a clear purpose.

Now, we are proud to launch our first Strategic Plan, setting out AFNAD’s shared vision and priorities for the future.
